A National and International award winning program that assists youth aged 15-30 to gain life skills, certification and training in order to succeed in the job market. BladeRunners takes a group of six youth through an intensive six weeks of facilitation involving life skills and certification to prepare them for your organization.
Youth facing barriers to employment are given an opportunity to achieve self-sufficiency. Life skills include goal setting, planning, motivation, self-esteem, communication skills, morals, ethics and conflict resolution. Industry certification and training are offered for the following: OFA level 1, Transportation Endorsement, Food Safe, Serving it Right, WHMIS, WorldHost Training Services and Sales Training.
