Transitional Support Coordinator

The transitional support coordinator manages an 8 room resource located on the top floor of our office building.The rooms are designed for transitioning clients from homelessness to a more stable environment. All clients have access to an employment coach, counselor and the variety of other services that John Howard provides.The units are for temporary stay only and we encourage those to move forward with their transitions.
