Referral to the program if through the JHSNOK Alcohol & Drug (A&D) Case Manager. Substance abuse counselling is provided through IHA staff. JHSNOK staff provide assistance and referral to the appropriate community resources in support of the resident's recovery goals. The A&D Case Manager develops a case plan with a resident, provides support, monitors progress and ensures residents remain commited and focused on achieving their goals and objectives.
