Make a DonationThe services the John Howard Society can offer the community are possible because of the support of many parts of that community. Federal, Provincial, Regional and Municipal governments, United Way, special foundations and corporations have all played an important part in helping us to help you. We also count on donations from individuals. Small or large, every dollar really counts and makes a difference for someone we serve. Online – Get a Tax Receipt by E-MailIf you would like to make a contribution, we have a very easy and secure system for you to make that donation online, and to receive a charitable tax receipt right on your E-Mail within minutes! The button below will take you to our secure online donation system, sponsored by the organization “Canada Helps”. This organization makes it possible for agencies such as ours to offer this convenient online service. If you would like to discuss your donation with us, please contact Barbara Levesque, Executive Director, at our Vernon Office at 250-542-4041. We also accept donations of food, men's clothing (in particular we need work boots (steel toe) and work gloves). Donations of basic tools such as hammers, tool belts etc. are also in great demand.
