Community Futures North Okanagan (CF) has been involved in community economic development activities since 1984 and was established to assist the community to find local solutions to complex economic issues.

 

North Okanagan Employment Enhancement Society

The North Okanagan Employment Enhancement Society (NOEES) is a non-profit, charitable organization formed in 1988 to provide employment-related services to people in the North Okanagan. Hundreds of unemployed adults have benefited from programming tailored to meet their needs. Program funding is provided the Province of BC.

NOEES manages three drop-in employment service centres in Armstrong, Enderby and Lumby.  The centres offer self-serve resources to help you find and maintain employment

Operating with the support of Service Canada, Access to Employment educates and assists employers and people with disabilities secure competitive employment for close to 200 people annually.
