Junction Literacy & Youth CentreThe Junction Literacy Centre was established in 2007 in response to community input regarding the literacy needs of people living in the North Okanagan region (Vernon, Coldstream, Lumby and Cherryville). A central literacy organization with paid coordinators became a primary goal. Based on the VCLC Literacy Plan. At the Junction Literacy & Youth Centre we aim to provide youth aged 14 - 18 years with a safe, non-judgmental environment where they feel they can connect with friends, staff, and the community.
